Lawrence R. LaSusa

Principal Attorney

Lawrence R. LaSusa is a results driven attorney with a proven ability to create winning, cost effective solutions to complex problems, negotiate and draft contracts, and handle litigation, covering a vast range of business and legal issues, based on his success in corporate, law firm and government practice. From 1987 to 1990, he served as an Assistant Attorney General of Illinois, concentrating in securities and investment fraud, financial institution regulation and enforcement, and labor and employment law.

Samuel A. LaSusa is an extraordinarily talented and experienced attorney who has practiced essentially every aspect of real estate, corporate and commercial transactions.

Mr. LaSusa has specialized in commercial, municipal and real estate law for more than fifty years. He has represented a broad cross-section buyers, sellers, syndicators, lending institutions, landlords, commercial tenants, brokers, developers and real estate managers.

Matthew A. LaSusa

Matthew A. LaSusa is Of Counsel in the Chicago office of LaSusa Law Offices. His practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, business formation, business planning and business transactions. He represents clients in state and federal courts in business competition cases including contract disputes, unfair competition, business torts and antitrust.

Matthew A. LaSusa has significant experience in representing clients who require legal assistance in secured transactions, trusts and estates, business estate planning, commercial real estate development and commercial real estate litigation.

Mr. LaSusa’s practice also includes representing clients injured as a result of catastrophic accidents and medical malpractice.

Following his admission to the bar, Mr. LaSusa was a principal partner of LaSusa & LaSusa, PC from 1986-2007 where he represented banking institutions and municipalities before administrative boards and in state and federal court. He graduated from DePaul University College of Law (JD 1986) and University of Iowa (BA 1981). He is an active member of the Chicago and American Bar Association.

Brian P. Coleman is an internationally diverse and experienced attorney in the areas of real estate, corporate and commercial transactions.

Mr. Coleman has over twenty years experience in commercial real estate and international internet and retail business development. He represents a broad cross-section of buyers, sellers, landlords, commercial tenants, brokers, developers and real estate managers, and parties involved in international internet and retail businesses.
